About Jen
I started Elma from my dining room table when I wanted a role which suited my passion for communications, but didn't mean I had to lose out on my favourite role yet - being a Mum.
So I decided to combine the two together. Why not do what I love (writing) from the place I love most (at home with my family)?
I have 15 years' experience in the communications world. I've helped government officials, national not-for-profits, start ups and agencies take their communications to the next level. During my freelance copywriter journey so far, I've worked with marketing agencies, brand agencies, real estate agents, not-for-profits and government departments as an off-shoot of their internal teams.
I love a good story. I've seen firsthand how important communications can be - what you say and how you say it can make or break a deal, a friendship, an outcome.
